2Job Responsibilities
Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems with high availability and high performance.
Involve in all phases of the application development life cycle.
Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code.
Ensure the design is consistent with the specification.
Develop and release software components.
Improve the application development process by investigating alternative technologies and reporting results for architectural review.
Deliver the developed solution in a timely fashion.
Ensure well-documented design and code.
Ensure high-performance solutions, especially for Wexlog.
Demonstrate high responsibility, proactivity, and innovativeness in problem-solving and solution delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

4Preferred Skill
Hands-on experience in software development.
Hands-on experience in Java development for complex back-end applications.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
Good understanding of object-oriented analysis and design using design patterns.
Good understanding of Java, Jasper, and JEE Internals (Class Loading, Memory Management, Transaction Management, etc.).
Good understanding of relational database management systems, SQL, and ORM technologies like JPA2 and Hibernate.
Good understanding and hands-on experience in Oracle database management.
Hands-on experience in developing web applications using at least one successful web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, etc.).
Good understanding of test-driven development principles
