HSBC Off Campus 2026 is hiring candidates for the post of Data Analyst.
3Job Responsibilities
Analyze campaign performance data and establish key success criteria to aid in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and consumer interaction campaigns.
To enable effective campaign analysis, collect and aggregate data from a multitude of sources, including CRM and digital platforms.
Design and manage dashboards and reports utilizing applications like Excel, Power BI, or Looker to measure campaign success and consumer response rates.
Interpret campaign data to provide meaningful insights, including opportunities for improvement and suggestions for enhancements to future campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business, to understand campaign goals and provide analytics solutions to support business success.
Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in campaign analytics.
Exhibit a high degree of learning agility to overcome new challenges and technologies.
Document campaign analytics processes, methodologies, and outcomes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing
4Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's / Master's degree (or final year student) in
Mathematics
Statistics
Computer Science
Engineering
Economics
related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome
5Preferred skill
Good quantitative and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Readiness to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic environment
Interest in new technologies and trends in data analysis
Demonstrated success through projects, internships, hackathons, or courses
Basic knowledge in data analysis tools (an advantage)
